Ecommerce Online Training

"The World Is Flat". That was the thinking of the early scientists before explorers such as Vasco Da Gama and Christopher Columbus discovered that it is actually spherical. Up until the early part of this century, people in the third world nations had to travel for "greener pastures" in the developed world to brighten their chances of maximizing their ingenuity in business and other human endeavours. But now the internet has opened up and converted the whole world into a global commercial community, with little or no trade barriers in most cases, making it possible to achieve your full potential from anywhere in the world provided you have access to the internet. The need for goods and services from all over the world has taken a dimension that can never be reversed. There are over 1.5 billion internet users out of the nearly 7 billion world population. It is alright here to say that the business that does not leverage on the power of the internet stands less than 1% chance of going beyond it's first generation in this extremely competitive era. However, it is also amazing to know that most internet users are as confused about making money online as they are about rocket science. Initially I assumed it was only a third world computer illiteracy problem but only to recently realise that this is a global position synonymous with Parreto's 80/20 Rule and Archibong's Minority Rule. Although simplified in many aspects with new cutting-edge technological innovations flooding the market place almost on a daily basis, the subject of ecommerce only becomes simple to those who take the time and pace required to learn and understand it. Once understood, earnings become simple and business turns to fun. We have dedicated our time to helping as many as are willing to make the change instead of waiting to be forced to change by change itself. This is how I love to put it: although Ford's Model T was a hit at the time, most business people will not invest their money into its assembly line today even with a government guarantee or stimulus. Some weeks ago, Wall street published some 10 Brands that is expected to be extinct by 2011. Among these were Block Buster, Readers' Digest and the rest. I could easily understand why they may be gone. Dot com companies like Amazon, Google and co have taken their business through millions of clicks and instant downloads on their websites from around the world before anyone gets to see the hard copy of their magazine or movie. This has led to loss of sales revenues in billions of Dollars for these companies. Come to think about it, had these companies owned Amazon.com before Jeff Bezos ever thought of the idea while in paid employment, what would have been the situation? Your guess is as good as mine. Although you may be doing great in your sales at the moment, you do not have to wait till this moment of attrition (which is certain if you do not move ahead) in your business before moving with the trend. Soon, we will be offering some online ecommerce training, sort of holding you by the hand through the ever changing phase of the world's Maze - the internet.
